Please just disregard the person in the picture...I don't know who he is! But notice how different the same set we've been talking about looks without the stage lighting and studio teleprompters giving us the image. The purpose of this picture is to show you the news desk...you can see the keyboard for each anchor and their individual monitor. Also, as I've said before, the anchors share a monitor in the middle; maybe the final feed that the viewer sees at home sees is displayed there. On the far bottom right, you can see the built-in TV monitor for whoever sits there (sports or weather anchor...). In this picture, the Los Angeles skyline is much more defined, and doesn't look as blue.
